The MNA representing Fabre and Liberal Critic for Seniors and Informal Caregivers, Monique Sauvé, highlighted seniors’ invaluable contributions to Quebec society on this, International Seniors’ Day.
She encouraged Quebecers to mark the day by visiting a senior citizen, whether a family member, friend, neighbour or even colleague.
Our senior citizens worked hard to build the Quebec we know today. Their value within our society is immeasurable. For their knowledge, experience, memories and their legacies, let’s take a moment today to remember how indebted we are to them. On this the International Senior Citizens’ Day, I encourage you to reach out to them. Together, let’s celebrate seniors!
