Representing the residents of Aylmer and Pontiac in a socially progressive, fiscally responsible, strongly federalist and citizen-centric government makes me very proud. I grew up in the region, and I chose to raise my children here. Contributing to the growth of the region and giving voice to the aspirations of its citizens is what motivates my daily work. I’d like to thank my supporters as well as all of the elected municipal officials and civil society partners with whom I work on a regular basis who have today expressed their clear support for my re-election.
A word from the MNA for Pontiac
In the past few years, prior to assuming my current role, I worked in the telecommunications industry as Director of Public Affairs for TELUS. I also worked for a national association (the Brewers Association of Canada), a non-profit organization, and various federal cabinet ministers’ offices.
In fact, it was in working alongside these MPs, with their passion for politics and commitment to their communities, that I developed a taste for public service. In addition to my involvement in our community as a volunteer for numerous causes, my political commitment has allowed me to promote the interests of the people of Aylmer and Pontiac within the government.
