Her knowledge of local conditions, particularly in rural areas, has enabled her to develop a nuanced understanding of the challenges and opportunities that shape community development.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Throughout her career, she has held strategic positions at the municipal, provincial, and federal levels. Since 2021, she has served as Director of Strategic and Regional Issues in the office of Canada\u2019s Minister of Transport and as the Government Leader in the House of Commons. She has also served as a policy advisor to the National Assembly of Quebec and as a territorial director for the City of Gatineau\u2014experiences that have allowed her to work closely with municipalities, community organizations, and economic stakeholders in the region.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">A graduate in social sciences from the Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec en Outaouais, she went on to pursue graduate studies in regional development and change management. Deeply committed to her community, she is actively involved with the Breakfast Clubs and the Ripon Trad Festival, among other organizations, and has contributed to several initiatives related to health, youth, and higher education.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Deeply committed to Papineau, Isabelle Sabourin now hopes to put her experience to work for the citizens of the riding. Convinced that Quebec\u2019s future depends on strong and dynamic regions, she intends to champion the priorities of the Outaouais and contribute to the economic, social, and community development of her region.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">\u201cIt is with great pride that I ask for the trust of the citizens of Papineau, a region that has always been close to my heart.
