Montreal, August 10, 2026 \u2014 The Quebec Liberal Party is proud to announce the candidacy of Mr. Charles Royer Tremblay in the Beauharnois riding for the upcoming general election.<\/p>\n
Charles Royer Tremblay grew up in St-Chrysostome and completed his entire education in the Mont\u00e9r\u00e9gie region. He attended high school in Beauharnois, where he was part of the International Program, and then went on to study at C\u00e9gep de Valleyfield, a path that led him to university to study political science and to the \u00c9cole nationale d\u2019administration publique for his graduate studies.<\/p>\n
After college, he embarked on an international career path that led him to live in Asia for ten years. There, he worked in the tourism, construction, and infrastructure sectors, while also founding and running his own company. This professional immersion allowed him to gain a practical understanding of foreign markets, regional economic dynamics, and the operational realities involved in developing projects across diverse cultural contexts.<\/p>\n
Upon his return to Quebec, the QLP candidate in Beauharnois has put this international expertise to use in the field of economic development, particularly by helping Quebec businesses diversify their markets. His approach combines rigor, strategy, and pragmatism, drawing on his unique hands-on experience.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cI grew up in this region; I attended high school and CEGEP here, and this is where I want to put to use everything I\u2019ve learned elsewhere. After ten years of developing projects abroad, I\u2019m returning with a simple conviction: economic development comes from proposing a unifying vision that is built in partnership with the various local stakeholders.
