by simplifying forms, reducing response times for bidders, and digitizing procedures entirely.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Establish a 30-day prompt payment framework for all businesses that work with the government \u2014 we will require that ministries, agencies and Crown corporations settle their financial obligations within thirty days of invoicing.<\/li>\n<li>Create a distinction in tenders between manufacturers and distributors based in Qu\u00e9bec in order to favour products made here in Qu\u00e9bec.<\/li>\n<li>Give a greater place to Qu\u00e9bec food products in public institutions by developing regional partnerships between Qu\u00e9bec's agri-food businesses and public institutions to increase the presence of local products in schools, hospitals, CHSLDs (long-term care facilities)
