Our plan is based on five clear priorities:
Economy
An economy that unleashes our potential, enhancing our core sectors while simplifying life for entrepreneurs and SMEs. This starts with reducing their tax burden and accelerating investment and productivity.
Public Services
Public services worthy of the taxes we pay. In education and healthcare, the issue is access, quality and dignity. We need to hold an education summit and review the entire system. In healthcare, we need to offer access to public telemedicine, train more professionals rooted in the regions, improve diploma recognition and increase home care and assistance.
Housing
Put in place the tools and remove the obstacles to enable the construction of 100,000 housing units per year over the long term.
Regions
Revitalize our regions and create a new partnership with our municipalities, giving them more leverage, more predictability and more clarity. This means a real decentralization, far from wall-to-wall, while reviewing their funding methods.
Culture
Proud of our culture, we want to make it a driving force in promoting Quebec throughout the French-speaking world. To achieve this, we must support our artists and place culture at the heart of our social project. We must also protect the French language and ensure effective francization.
For months now, Charles Milliard and the entire Liberal team have been criss-crossing Quebec and giving countless media interviews to promote these five key priorities.
