Biography

Charles Milliard, former President and CEO of the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec and a pharmacist by training, is now leader of the Quebec Liberal Party, where he has been active since 1998.

A seasoned manager, he was Executive Vice-President of the Uniprix Group and Vice-President, Health, at NATIONAL. With an MBA from HEC Montréal, Charles excels in strategic management and public representation.

He has also been involved in the cultural and educational milieu, notably as Chairman of the Board of the Festival international de Lanaudière, the Festival TransAmériques and the Fondation du Cégep de Lévis, as well as a director of the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal and the Conseil des arts de Montréal.

More recently, he served as Executive-in-Residence at Bishop's University's Williams School of Business. In this role, he dedicated himself to inspiring and equipping the next generation of business leaders. Through active mentoring and speaking engagements, he shared his vision of responsible, innovative growth, building essential bridges between academic knowledge and business reality.
