Biography

Charles Royer Tremblay grew up in St-Chrysostome and completed his entire education in the Montérégie region. He attended high school in Beauharnois, where he was part of the International Program, and then went on to study at Cégep de Valleyfield, a path that led him to university to study political science and to the École nationale d’administration publique for his graduate studies.

After college, he embarked on an international career path that led him to live in Asia for ten years. There, he worked in the tourism, construction, and infrastructure sectors, while also founding and running his own company. This professional immersion allowed him to gain a practical understanding of foreign markets, regional economic dynamics, and the operational realities involved in developing projects across diverse cultural contexts.

Upon his return to Quebec, the PLQ candidate in Beauharnois is putting this international expertise to work in economic development, particularly by helping Quebec businesses diversify their markets. His approach combines rigor, strategy, and pragmatism, drawing on his unique hands-on experience.
