Biography
As a policy advisor to the Quebec National Assembly for more than three years, Thomas has been working at the heart of parliamentary activity, alongside elected officials, their staff, and numerous partners. This experience has allowed him to develop a solid understanding of our institutions and the issues that directly affect Quebecers.
A graduate of Laval University with a degree in public affairs and international relations, he has been actively involved in his community and with young people for several years. As vice president of the Student Forum at the National Assembly, a human rights intern in Ghana, and a delegate to the Forum for Young Canadians in Ottawa, he has always been driven by a desire to get involved and make a difference. His efforts have earned him the Lieutenant Governor of Quebec Medal for his community service.
