Biography

A specialist in political affairs and communications, William Huynh-Jan has spent most of his career behind the scenes in public and government service. He began his career at the provincial level as a political aide to Nicole Ménard, then a member of the National Assembly.

He then joined the federal civil service, where he worked at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and at Public Safety Canada. Returning to active politics at the federal level, he served as a political advisor to several members of Parliament before returning to the provincial scene, where he currently serves as a press secretary.

This career path has enabled him to develop a deep understanding of the workings of government, crisis management, and public policies that directly affect citizens’ daily lives. The QLP candidate in René-Lévesque has led efforts on complex public issues, developed numerous communication strategies, and participated in grassroots campaigns.
