Executive Board

The Executive Council is the Party's day-to-day management body. Composed of the Leader, the President, the First Vice-President, the Vice-Presidents of Eastern Quebec and Western Quebec, the Vice-President of Legal Affairs, the Secretary, the Official Representative, a Member of the National Assembly, five members elected by the Executive Council, the Executive Director and the Chief Organizer, it oversees the administration of the Party's affairs, adopts budgets and financial statements, forms the necessary committees and commissions, and ensures compliance with the Constitution and General By-laws. It meets at least eight times a year.
