General Council

The General Council is the Party's main body between two Congresses. It generally meets twice a year, and brings together members of the Executive Council, the Board of Directors, association presidents and their delegates, MNAs, as well as representatives of the Standing Commissions and the Regroupement des ex-parlementaires. It receives financial reports, ratifies or revises by-laws adopted by the Executive Council, sets the general direction of the Party and fulfills the mandates entrusted to it by the Convention.
