Governance and Human Resources Committee

The Governance and Human Resources Committee reports to the Executive Board and comprises nine members, including a Chairman chosen from among the members of the Executive Board, one other member of the Executive Board, two members of the Management Board, two external members appointed by the Executive Board, one youth member, one member of the Ethics Committee or jurist (invited without voting rights) and the General Manager (without voting rights). It develops and recommends approaches to corporate governance, recommends policies to promote openness and integrity, gathers and analyzes applications for appointed positions, evaluates the effectiveness of governing bodies, and sets objectives for general management.
