Members' Congress
The Convention is the Party's supreme body, and is the general meeting at which all members in good standing may participate. It is held every two years and brings together delegates by right (members of the Executive Council, the Board of Directors, association presidents, MPs, representatives of standing commissions and the Regroupement des ex-parlementaires) as well as delegates elected in each constituency association. The Convention elects the members of the Executive Council and the Board of Directors, and adopts the Party's program and amendments to its Constitution.
