Regional Councils

The Regional Council is the link between the associations and the Party's Board of Directors. It is responsible for political orientation, for animating members and associations, and for transmitting information on Party policies and affairs within the region. It is made up of the Regional President, the regional association presidents, the Chair of the Regional Political Commission, advisors (communications, organization, recruitment, legal), regional representatives of the Youth Commission and the Cultural Communities Commission, the Deputy Chair of the regional caucus and the Party coordinator for the region. It meets at least four times a year.
