The Leader of the Quebec Liberal Party, Dominique Anglade, introduced André G. Nadeau in Bertrand and Philippe LeBel in Argenteuil as Liberal candidates in the 2022 general elections.

André G. Nadeau, a businessman, strategic advisor and former mayor of Estérel, will help the Laurentians shine

André G. Nadeau devoted his career to orchestrating the success of several organizations both here in Quebec and abroad. From 1997 to 2004, the Liberal candidate worked as Executive Vice-President and Head of Strategic Management at CGI, a global Canadian information technology consulting firm.

The high-level strategic advisor who has worked with various Quebec companies such as CGI and Energir, is a uniquely combines a consultant’s penchant for reflection and an executive’s ability to take action.

André G. Nadeau oversaw improvements to quality of life for citizens in Estérel as a municipal councillor and then as mayor from 2005 to 2009. The Laurentians resident and father of four has decided to make the leap into provincial politics to contribute to Bertrand’s development through reconciling economy and environmental protection. André G. Nadeau would like to use his expertise to implement innovative solutions to the challenges his fellow citizens face on a daily basis.

Today, I have the pleasure of introducing the citizens of the Laurentians to our candidate, André G. Nadeau, former mayor of Estérel and strategic development advisor who is well known for his expertise and will don the Liberal colours in Bertrand. André G. Nadeau will be able to take action to deftly respond to concerns among citizens from Bertrand. He is the ideal candidate to defend the interests of local stakeholders and collaborate with local entrepreneurs in an effort to contribute to the region’s economic development while preserving the environment.

– Dominique Anglade, Leader of the Quebec Liberal Party

My strong roots first led me to municipal politics. From 1994-1997 I was a municipal councillor for Estérel, following which I became mayor and had to take action against the blue algae epidemic which ultimately required significant reforms to environmental regulations. Today, I am making the leap into provincial politics so that I can contribute to my region’s economic development and help Bertrand shine. I truly care about reconciling economic development with protecting our beloved environment in the Laurentians. I am running as part of Dominique Anglade’s Liberal team because together we will build a bold future that is greener, more inclusive and focused on the future. I am committed to meeting and working with local elected officials and all local stakeholders so that I can carry Bertrand’s priorities with determination.

Philippe Lebel is a choice candidate for representing the citizens of Argenteuil in Quebec City. His really takes his fellow citizens’ well-being and defending the region’s priorities to heart. Thanks to his knowledge as well as his proximity with the university sector and Quebec’s student community, his candidacy is a precious asset to the Liberal team as we build a bold future in 2022. Philippe LeBel will provide Argenteuil with a strong voice.

– Dominique Anglade, Leader of the Quebec Liberal Party

Throughout my involvement as part of various students federations within Quebec’s university community, I had the opportunity to carry the voices of my generation, particularly concerning the critical needs in students’ mental health. I also worked with public decision-makers to bring concrete solutions to current government programs. It is with a great sense of pride that I seek to represent my fellow citizens of Argenteuil at Quebec’s National Assembly with Dominique Anglade’s Liberal team, so that we can protect our environment, facilitate access to property and affordable housing, provide the region with high-speed Internet and ensure proximity governance.
