Audit Committee

The Audit Committee reports to the Executive Board and comprises eight members, including the official Party representative (who chairs it), one member of the Executive Board, two members of the Board of Management, two Party members not on the Board of Management, one youth member and the General Manager (without voting rights). At least one member must have accounting or financial expertise. It oversees the proper administration of the Party's affairs, recommends budgets, submits fundraising targets, monitors the integrity of internal control systems and carries out ongoing evaluation of administrative policies.
