Management

The Management Department is responsible for the overall coordination of the permanent staff, under the authority of the General Management and the Chief Organizer. It steers strategic planning, oversees the execution of mandates entrusted by the Executive Council and the Board of Directors, coordinates the work of all departments, and liaises between the permanent staff, Party authorities and the Leader's Office. It is also responsible for managing operational priorities, representing the Party institutionally in its external relations, and recruiting and supervising staff.
