Ethics Committee

The Ethics Committee is the Party's disciplinary body. It is composed of a person who has held the position of Leader, General Manager or President of the Party, a member of the Barreau or the Chambre des notaires du Québec, an ethics expert and a person with knowledge of the context of the complaint. It applies the Code of Ethics and the Harassment Prevention Policy, verifies complaints submitted by the Vice-President, Legal Affairs, issues and applies sanctions, implements dispute resolution mechanisms and reports annually to the Executive Board.
